Step 1: First, log in to your WorldFirst account. Then, send a direct message to the customer support team within the account (note: contact them during business hours) stating that you want to change your phone number because your current number is no longer active. Once the conversation ends, they will reply regarding the issue via your email within about 1–2 hours.
Step 2: They will request the following information:
- The phone number registered to the account
- The reason you lost access to the number
- The new phone number you want to update on the account
- Upload the video provided when you purchased the account (only available for accounts purchased with an attached video)
➡ Simply provide the requested information, and they will allow you to update your account with the new phone number.
